Part Time/ 22.5 Hours
Priory Hospital Hayes Grove is one of the UK’s leading mental health and addiction rehab hospitals.
We can provide world-class residential treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including treatment for depression, as well as drug and alcohol addiction treatment. The hospital also offers a comprehensive eating disorder service for adults, with inpatient, day care and outpatient support available. In addition, we provide outpatient treatment for young people as well as private CAMHS assessment options and private autism assessments for adults.

What you'll be doing
In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.
- Deliver high-quality individual and group CBT or integrative psychotherapy to adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions, supporting them throughout their recovery journey.
- Be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and other allied health professionals to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centred treatment plans, tailoring interventions to meet each individual's unique needs and goals.
- Benefit from regular clinical supervision, peer support, CPD opportunities and ongoing professional development, helping you grow your clinical expertise and career.
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships in a supportive environment where your expertise will make a genuine difference to people's mental health and long-term recovery.

What you'll bring to the role
The successful candidate will hold a recognised qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Integrative Psychotherapy/Counselling and be accredited, or actively working towards accreditation where appropriate, with a relevant professional body such as BABCP, BACP, UKCP, or NCPS. They will have experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions, with the ability to adapt their approach to meet individual needs.
- Strong understanding of mental health assessment, formulation, risk management, safeguarding, and professional ethics.
- Ability to develop and deliver person-centred treatment plans that support recovery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting therapeutic relationships with patients while working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
