Join one of the UK’s most respected demolition and deconstruction contractors, proudly family-owned and operating nationally. Due to ongoing project wins, we're looking for experienced CCDO Site Managers and Supervisors to lead the safe, efficient delivery of high-profile schemes across the country.

Your Role & Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of site compliance, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety legislation, RAMS, and Coleman procedures.
  • Lead your team on-site, promoting a safety-first culture and supporting your colleagues and project leads.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
  • Carry out daily site checks, safety audits, and resource planning.
  • Attend and contribute to site and progress meetings.
  • Coordinate plant, labour, materials, and logistics in line with the works programme.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and neighbours to uphold our reputation.
  • Positive work ethic with proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Report progress, risks, and changes effectively to your Project Manager.

About You: Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Black (Manager) card with the appropriate NVQ qualification, or CCDO Gold (Supervisor)
  • Minimum 5 years’ demolition experience across steel and concrete structures.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supervising demolition works on live sites.
  • Strong leadership, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with clients, stakeholders, and your team.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to travel and work away when needed.

Preferred Additional Certifications:

  • Asbestos Awareness
  • First Aid at Work
  • Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor
  • SSSTS/SMSTS
  • PASMA
  • IPAF (Desirable but not essential – training can be provided).
