CCH Tagetik Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CCH Tagetik Specialist based in United Kingdom.
Join a global digital and technology environment where you’ll contribute to the evolution of corporate performance management and finance platforms. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of business and IT, translating functional requirements into scalable solutions across CCH Tagetik and Oracle EPM technologies. You’ll contribute to planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, and data governance initiatives. The position covers the full application lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement. You’ll also help strengthen data integration, quality, and governance processes across complex finance systems. Working with international and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact while continuously developing your technical and functional expertise.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into effective implementation solutions.
- Configure and develop Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Strategic Planning, and Financial Consolidation models using CCH Tagetik and Oracle EPM platforms.
- Design and implement data integration processes using CCH Tagetik Analytical Information Hub (AIH).
- Configure Data Transformation Packages (DTPs), staging processes, data transformations, and integration workflows.
- Implement data quality controls, validation processes, reconciliation procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, and management reporting solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
- Manage Essbase multidimensional cubes and associated processing activities.
- Analyze business processes, define data models, configure applications, and support application lifecycle activities from design through production support.
- Collaborate with application maintenance and support teams to ensure effective governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of finance solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), or Finance Transformation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with the CCH Tagetik platform.
- Solid knowledge of Tagetik Analytical Information Hub (AIH) and data integration processes.
- Experience configuring and using standard CCH Tagetik modules.
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, particularly Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, and Narrative Reporting.
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to develop complex queries for functional analysis, troubleshooting, reconciliation, process monitoring, performance optimization, and data validation.
- CCH Tagetik and/or Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Experience with additional Tagetik modules such as IFRS 16, Tax Provision, ESG & Sustainability, Cash Flow Planning, or Disclosure Management is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, products, and platform capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing priorities and time effectively.
- Good command of English.
