Job Title: Post Trade - Regulatory Programme Manager

Location: London

About the Job you are considering:

  • Lead delivery of FCA and investment regulation change initiatives including Consumer Composite Investments CCI Consumer Duty PRIIPs transition disclosures governance and operating model transformation

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role:

  • Lead end-to-end regulatory change and transformation programmes within investment, wealth management, and asset management organizations.
  • Develop and maintain programme delivery plans to ensure successful implementation of regulatory initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, and external partners.
  • Establish and oversee governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.
  • Define, document, and manage regulatory requirements throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure regulatory traceability from requirements through implementation and testing.
  • Coordinate controls testing, audit readiness, and compliance assurance activities.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure delivery objectives are met.
  • Track programme budgets, milestones, benefits realization, and compliance outcomes.
  • Support regulatory remediation, disclosure transformation, ESG/SDR initiatives, and target operating model changes.
  • Drive collaboration across business and technology teams to deliver sustainable regulatory solutions.

Your Skills

  • Extensive experience in leading Regulatory Change Management and delivering complex transformation programmes within financial services organizations.
  • Strong Programme and Project Management skills with a proven track record of delivering regulatory initiatives on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of FCA Handbook, Consumer Duty, CCI, PRIIPs, UCITS, Product Governance, and Financial Promotions regulations.
  • Expertise in managing Operational Resilience and SMCR compliance requirements across regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to define, analyze, and maintain regulatory requirements while ensuring end-to-end traceability.
  • Strong experience in risk and issue management, regulatory remediation, controls testing, and compliance assurance activities.
  • Skilled in establishing governance frameworks, managing steering committees, and producing executive-level reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
  • Experience in designing Target Operating Models (TOM), supporting Data Lineage initiatives, and driving process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess regulatory impacts and develop effective solutions.
  • Deep domain expertise in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Retail Investments, ESG/SDR programmes, and investment product lifecycle management.
