Legal & General is recruiting for the role of CCM Developer. This role develops customer communication management solutions in Quadient, supporting the migration of legacy communications into Quadient Inspire. It works across letters, SMS, emails and print, with agile delivery and support for production issues.

What you’ll do
- Design and maintain customer communication management solutions using Quadient.
- Create customer communications across letters, SMS, emails and print processes.
- Support migration of legacy communications into Quadient Inspire.
- Develop workflows, designs and technical specifications to support change control.
- Work with agile teams to deliver communication changes within sprint timelines.
- Support production issues and work with suppliers, vendors and development teams to resolve them.
- Help improve communications with customer experience, Consumer Duty, inclusion and vulnerable customers in mind.

What they’re looking for
- Have strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire or Quadient.
- Know Quadient Designer, Scaler, Interactive, Omnichannel and Messenger, or comparable CCM tools.
- Have knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML and HTML.
- Have experience working in agile or scrum environments.
- Coding experience, ideally JavaScript and/or C/C++, would be helpful.
- Quadient training or certification would be a bonus.
