Legal & General is recruiting for the role of CCM Developer. This role designs, develops and maintains customer communication management solutions using Quadient, while supporting the migration of legacy communications into Quadient Inspire. It also helps deliver clear, accurate and timely customer communications across letters, emails, SMS and print.

What you’ll do

  • Design customer communication management solutions using Quadient.
  • Create customer communications across letters, SMS, emails and print processes.
  • Support migration of legacy communications into Quadient Inspire.
  • Develop workflows, designs and technical specifications to support change control.
  • Work with agile teams to deliver communication changes within sprint timelines.
  • Provide technical input to projects and help stakeholders shape communication requirements.
  • Support production issues and work with suppliers, vendors and development teams to resolve them.
  • Help improve communications with customer experience, Consumer Duty, inclusion and vulnerable customers in mind.

What they’re looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire or Quadient.
  • Experience with Quadient Designer, Scaler, Interactive, Omnichannel and Messenger, or comparable CCM tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML and HTML.
  • Experience working in agile or scrum environments.
  • Coding experience, ideally JavaScript and/or C/C++, would be helpful.
  • Quadient training or certification would be a bonus.
