CCTV Administrator

Position: CCTV Administrator
Location: Slough
Job Type: permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week
Salary: £27,081 per annum (pro rata)
Benefits: 24 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays, health cash plan; onsite parking; personal learning; auto enrolment pension scheme; wellbeing support; friendly working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Raising purchase order numbers for suppliers using in-house software
- Goods receiving, matching invoices and apportioning costs to different business units around the group
- Updating the progress of works via Excel and other Office 365 Apps
- Preparation and distribution of reports for both costs and quotes
- Liaise with other group departments, suppliers, and our salespeople around the group by email and phone calls
- Assist the team with day-to-day operations and planning
- Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them
- Any other reasonable duties

About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- Be hard working and respectful
- Have great interpersonal skills
- Have basic knowledge of both Microsoft 365 and Google Suite
- Have solid communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Be resourceful and proactive
- Multi-task, prioritise, work under pressure and on own initiative
- Have the ability to deal with people at different levels
