The Role

Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team working with one of our prestigious clients.

Location

Anfield Stadium, L4 0TH

Shift Pattern

4 on 4 off nights

Hours

18:00 – 06:00

Pay

£14.35 per hour

Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring colleague and visitor safety, providing reassurance across the site
  • Providing a smart, visible, proactive, and engaging security presence
  • Monitoring CCTV systems and responding appropriately to incidents
  • Effective conflict management and incident response
  • Controlling access and egress while conducting security patrols to deter crime
  • Proactively and professionally engaging with members of the public
  • Identifying hazards and incidents and escalating where required
  • Providing guidance, information, and support as a first point of contact
  • Following all safety and security procedures and processes
  • Working collaboratively as part of a wider security team

Is This You?

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence (Essential)
  • Valid CCTV Licence (Essential)
  • Previous experience working within a CCTV or Security Control Room environment across a large, multi-functional site is essential (Essential)
  • Confident liaising with mobile patrol officers, on-site security teams, and management to coordinate effective incident response
  • Able to monitor and manage multiple live incidents and communications simultaneously within a fast-paced control room environment
  • Experience using CCTV systems, radio communications, incident logging systems, and escalation procedures
  • Strong situational awareness and ability to support operational security teams across a large estate
  • 5 years’ checkable work and address history
  • Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
