About the Role
To assess the footage and paperwork from the CCTV teams on site and update relevant platforms and departments. To crosscheck the Map16 platform and VAPAR to ensure all data received is captured and recorded.
Location: Leyland, Lancashire
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 07.30am-16:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Minimum £28,100 per annum depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Reviewing Daily paperwork and review footage from gangs
- Updating the progress of works via excel documents
- Updating Map16
- Ensuring the comments and mapping reflects the findings from site
- Liaise with Site supervisors with any survey specific issues and update records accordingly
- Liaise with site teams regarding any queries with work completed
Experience and qualifications required for the role
- Computer Literate, with a basic knowledge of Excel
- Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with all members of the team including site managers and above
- Keen eye for detail is essential
- Ability and confidence to communicate with site teams and management
- Using systems - ideally Map16, VAPAR but training will be given to the right candidate
- OS19X desirable but not essential
