OPC Drain Services is a family-run drainage company with over 30 years of experience, providing domestic and commercial drainage services across Oxfordshire. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, professional service and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our office team as a CCTV Drainage Report Writer. This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for producing CCTV drainage survey reports, creating site plans and supporting the day-to-day running of the office while working closely with both our engineers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile detailed CCTV drainage survey reports using WinCan software.
- Create clear and accurate site plans.
- Liaise with customers and engineers to obtain information and provide updates.
- Send job reports and documentation to clients and government organisations.
- Review completed works, check pricing and close jobs ready for invoicing.
- Assist with scheduling of vehicles.
- Input jobs into our CRM system.
- Support the office team with general administration duties.

About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and has excellent attention to detail. You'll be comfortable working in a busy office environment, managing multiple tasks and communicating confidently with customers and colleagues.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- Able to work independently and use your own initiative.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience with using WinCan software.

Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in the drainage industry.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Experience producing technical reports or drawing.
Full training will be provided as required.
What we offer
- Starting salary from £31,000 per year but increasing for someone with drainage experience.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
