CCTV Operator - Red Route Enforcement

At NSL, part of Marston Holdings, we deliver essential services that help keep communities safe, accessible, and moving. Our frontline and support teams work in partnership with local authorities to provide parking, traffic, and street management solutions that improve the places where people live and work.

Shift pattern: 42.5 hours per week on a rota basis covering 07:00 - 22:00, Monday to Sunday, including Bank Holidays

We are currently recruiting for a CCTV Operator to support the live monitoring and enforcement of Red Route restrictions on behalf of Enfield Council.

The Role

As a CCTV Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining traffic flow and road safety across the borough. You will monitor live CCTV footage, identify traffic and parking contraventions, and ensure enforcement activity is carried out accurately and in line with legislation and operational procedures.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent observational skills, and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
