CCTV Rig Leader

Are you an experienced CCTV professional ready to take the lead on complex installation projects? We're looking for a proactive and safety-conscious CCTV Rig Leader to oversee the delivery of CCTV installation, maintenance, and commissioning works. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while leading and supporting a team on site.

As a CCTV Rig Leader, you will be responsible for leading installation teams in the delivery of CCTV and associated infrastructure projects across a range of environments. You will coordinate daily site activities, ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, allocate tasks, and provide technical guidance to operatives. The role involves overseeing the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV systems, ensuring work is completed to specification, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. You will act as the key point of contact on site, liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders while promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
