Company Description

Bespoke Telecoms & CCTV has been delivering high-performance internet, Wi-Fi, CCTV, telephone, and video entry solutions to business and residential properties since 2010. The company provides end-to-end services, including design, installation, project management, and dedicated after-sales support to ensure systems remain reliable and effective over time. Offerings include superfast broadband and VoIP telephone services, backed by an in-house support team as a single point of contact. Bespoke Telecoms & CCTV also designs secure Wi-Fi and data networks, advanced CCTV systems with analytics, and integrated video door and gate entry solutions to protect properties and enhance connectivity. Modern telephone systems are tailored for businesses and large residential estates, enabling seamless communication across multiple properties and devices.

Role Description

The individual in this position will identify and develop new business opportunities mainly for CCTV, and access control solutions including telecoms and Wi-Fi, targeting both commercial and high-end residential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Conducting site visits
  • Preparing proposals and quotations
  • Delivering product presentations and demonstrations

The role involves managing the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and handover to the project and installation teams, while maintaining accurate CRM records. The executive will collaborate with technical staff to design tailored solutions, achieve sales targets, and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in business development and B2B sales, preferably within CCTV, telecoms, networking, or related technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, pipeline management, and consultative selling, with the ability to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP networking, Wi-Fi infrastructure, VoIP, and access control or entry systems, with the ability to discuss technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, office productivity software, and digital communication platforms to manage sales activities and documentation.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites across the region.
  • Previous experience in field sales or account management and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; relevant industry certifications or training are an advantage.

Salary/Rate

£32,000 - £34,000/annum + Great Commission Package + Company Car or Car Allowance.
