About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CCTV Tower Engineer to join our expanding technical team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid experience in deploying, commissioning, maintaining, and decommissioning mobile CCTV tower systems.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality security solutions across construction sites, critical infrastructure, renewable energy projects, and other temporary locations nationwide.

Ideally based within an hour of our Chesham office, you will be responsible for ensuring systems are installed safely, configured correctly, and operating at optimum performance. The role also involves configuring AI-powered video analytics, establishing reliable communications, and enabling effective remote monitoring from day one.

In addition, you’ll support a wider range of temporary electronic security solutions, offering variety and development within a growing technical environment.

First Response Group is not just a workplace. It is a vibrant community where passion fuels our excellence, integrity guides our conduct, empowerment shapes our successes, and a sense of community binds us together. We are a dynamic and forward-thinking provider of security, risk management, and facilities solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
