We are looking for a talented Health, Safety and Environment Leader to join our team, specialising in driving HSE performance and risk reduction initiatives across our European Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems (CDBS) organisation.
This role is categorised as off-site and can be based remotely anywhere in Europe.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the analysis of HSE data across CDBS European sites to identify trends, prioritise risks, and drive targeted improvement actions.
- Lead the deployment of key global HSE programmes, including I CARE, ensuring consistent adoption and measurable impact across sites.
- Partner with site teams to develop and deliver continuous improvement plans that strengthen HSE performance and reduce operational risk.
- Provide regional leadership and direction on HSE priorities, ensuring alignment with global strategy while addressing site-specific risks.
- Coach and support site teams on hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of effective control measures.
- Drive improvements in incident investigation quality, ensuring robust root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
- Support the integration of sites into the Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (HSEMS), tools, and global standards.
- Promote best practice sharing and standardised solutions across the region to enhance HSE culture, capability, and performance.
