Community Diagnostic Pathway Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Pathway Coordinator to work within the Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) at QVH. This role will be a key point of contact and coordination for all CDC patients.
Role Description
The successful candidate should have experience of working in healthcare, a good understanding of diagnostic waiting times, and be willing to embrace the challenges of ensuring patients are following the optimal pathway during their care.
This important role will need to work closely with the QVH colleagues to ensure the trust is following diagnostic pathways effectively and that patients progress through their pathway with minimal delay.
