Our client, a major international bank, is seeking a CDD Analyst to work from its London office.
Responsibilities:
- Complete due diligence reviews, for both new and existing clients
- Conduct Adverse & Sanctions Screening
- Conduct due diligence on entity types such as SPVs, Trusts, Foundations, Charities and LLPs; and conduct PEP classification
- Maintain regular records, ensuring the accuracy of relevant reporting.
- Analyse client behaviours, raising SAR’s as may be required.
- Maintain proactive in communication with the Front-Office and Compliance Departments.
- Assist with CDD Department projects
- Work with Front-Office to complete MiFID classification on new and existing clients;
- Ensure that AEOI information is accurately recorded;

Requirements:

- Proven experience in performing KYC/KYB checks within a CDD function
- Experience in: Conducting Adverse & Sanctions Screening; conducting due diligence on various entity types; and conducting PEP classification.
- Proven experience on-boarding SPV's, Funds, Charities, Foundations, SWF, State Owned and Supranational Entities, Trade Finance and Correspondent Banking;
- An understanding of organisational structures and experience of the breadth of AML requirements for a range of corporate and FI entities both in the UK and overseas
- CDD/KYC/Financial Crime Prevention related certification preferred.
