The Inside Sales role is hybrid working 3 days in the office.
The Inside Sales Position Entails The Following Responsibilities
The main function is to remotely sell the Bio-Rad product line to meet the territory sales goals and grow the business for an assigned group of customers (existing and/or new).
It acts as principal Bio-Rad contact for each assigned account in a high-functioning team and will apply resources or direct team members to reach specific objectives or resolve specific issues; reports to a Field Sales Manager.
The position encompasses prospection of new customers, qualification of prospects, analysis of needs and proposal elaboration, sales negotiation, sales maintenance, contract management (renewal and extensions) activities with existing and new customers, to develop trust and business volume, protecting margins and developing customer satisfaction and Bio-Rad’s brand image.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develops and executes a territory business plan; remotely sells and promotes the Bio-Rad product line to meet the territory sales goals for a group of customers (existing and/or new); identifies and develops new business opportunities.
- Manages the territory in a structured, organized and compliant way. Manages all contracts (Reagent Rental, CPRR, Standing Orders), as well as their extension and/or renewal, for the assigned territory.
- Develops and demonstrates a thorough understanding of selling skills, sales forecasting, and results monitoring – presenting achievements regularly.
- Implements the Bio-Rad selling process, including funnel and opportunity management, in SFDC and always keeps the system up to date.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare or related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience selling products remotely in the healthcare marketplace or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong selling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to produce results while working with multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with diverse professionals in a team environment.
