Vous rejoindrez le groupe ST Imaging, présent en Europe, aux États-Unis et en Asie. Nous concevons et produisons des capteurs CMOS d’image, des capteurs photoniques pour la mesure de distance, ainsi que des capteurs de lumière ambiante, destinés à des marchés variés tels que le consumer, l’automobile et l’industrie, en exploitant des technologies avancées.
Au sein de l’équipe Execution Excellence d’Imaging Design, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réussite des développements de capteurs, de l’architecture jusqu’à la mise en fabrication.
Vous définirez et ferez évoluer les processus de développement design afin de garantir une exécution robuste, efficace et de haute qualité. Vous contribuerez activement à l’amélioration continue des pratiques et à la mise en place des nouvelles politiques ST.

You will join the ST Imaging group, which is present in Europe, the United States, and Asia. We design and produce CMOS image sensors, photonic sensors for distance measurement, as well as ambient light sensors, for a variety of markets such as consumer, automotive, and industrial, using advanced technologies.
Within the Imaging Design Execution Excellence team, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of sensor developments, from architecture through to manufacturing release.
You will define and continuously improve design development processes to ensure robust, efficient, and high-quality execution. You will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and to the deployment of new ST policies.
You will also be a key contributor to design milestone governance, from design NPR (start of feasibility) to design PG (start of manufacturing).
Your Responsibilities
As Part Of Product Execution, You Will
- Support technical leaders and project teams in the proper application of methods and processes;
- Monitor design activity through relevant KPIs;
- Contribute to the digitalization of engineering activities;
- Foster the sharing of best practices and cross-functional alignment among teams.
You will interact with a wide network of stakeholders: the Imaging Design Director, the Imaging Execution Excellence network, DFT Test Engineering, PMO, Quality, Validation, Characterization, ST Central Quality, project managers, chip leaders, Imaging design managers, and digital, analog, and firmware designers.

About You
We are looking for a profile with:
- A Master’s degree in electronics, microelectronics, SoC design, software design, or equivalent;
- At least 10 years of product development experience, with broad exposure across multiple disciplines;
- Strong command of the Office 365 suite;
- Business-level English proficiency;
- Strong listening, synthesis, and rigor skills;
- A strong service mindset and adaptability to new situations;
- Transversal leadership and negotiation skills;
- A quality / quality assurance mindset;
- Knowledge of safety and security standards is a plus.
