You'd be taking a recent group acquisition and handed the keys to build it out into a new region. The company has clients and massive resources, you’d introduce your own and manage the growth. There’s support in terms of initial resource so you’re not doing everything yourself, and there’s existing work, bid teams and BDMs galore to help get you off the ground.
You probably already know how difficult it can be to do this in some places. Six months to get one line changed in a manual. A hire that needs a business case, a headcount panel and wasted quarters waiting for sign off. Rates set by someone in another office who's never met the client.

What you'll be doing
- Building the CDM service line out into a new region, from a strong base.
- Hiring your own consultants and deciding what the team looks like as it grows
- Keeping a close eye on the complex schemes
- Further building an established building safety client base from new and existing sources and turning it into work.
- Setting the process, the pricing and the standards, and being able to change them when they need changing.

What you'll need
- A track record of CDM leadership or management from Associate - Director level.
- Senior client facing credibility, comfortable winning work as well as delivering it
- Happy to cover London and travel where the work is
