We are looking for an engaging and highly organised CDM Manager to join one of our beautiful stores in Central London. Your main responsibilities will be to establish a client strategy to elevate the relationships and service with our top clients, build client loyalty to the brand, results oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines
Job responsibilities
Recruitment of new clients
- Build a strategy and identify opportunities to recruit High Potential clients
- Build up strong internal and external partnerships for marketing and event opportunities
Client Activations
- Work closely with the UK Retail Marketing Manager to recognize opportunities for client activations & Private Client Relations activities that will attract established customers and engage new ones.
- Ensure a specific action plan is in place for each client
- Identify and send top clients to relevant exceptional experiences, matching the client’s interests and developing their loyalty to the brand
- Client Mapping for all top clients and to recruit new top clients
- Implementation of key clientelling actions on existing and prospects clients
- Build and develop clientele loyalty by personally meeting as many clients as possible

Sales & CDM Operations
- Update and maintain customer data management
- Drive the strategy on Dior Journeys, to ensure 100% on Walk In, Welcome, FDA and Birthday
- Ensure data capture rate remains consistently above 90%
- Provide trainings to the Sales team on clientelling tools
- Provide Weekly and Monthly KPI reports for All Managers and Departments
- Support the team to drive the strategy from the KPIs on the shopfloor (70% of time)
- Work on improving client segmentation, profiling and targeting for any action in order to improve ROI
- Increase client loyalty, with a special focus on local clientele, in all departments in conjunction with the Store Manager
- Monitor results and profitability of all actions implemented with Retail Marketing Manager
- Full knowledge of back-office functions and boutique analysis (CRM, client recruitment, P&L, store activities, stock control, reports, VM rules etc).
- Ensure Dior standards are applied and maintained at all times in the merchandising, client experience and back-office activities
- Ensure that the Company procedures on security in relation to theft/pilferage are applied.

Ambassador of Dior
- Be, at all times, a brand ambassador for Dior with all points of contact of the business – be it internally or externally by representing the brand in as many public/store events and activities, to promote Dior image, brand, service and products.
- Attend all internal external events relating to the CDM actions
Marketing awareness
- Be fully aware of the communication/global marketing calendar and strategies
- Be fully aware of competitor activity.
- Familiar with both local and overseas market situations and trends.
Profile
Experience Required
- Previous management marketing or retail experience in the luxury goods
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Outstanding sense of customer service, sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
- Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe
- Strong analytical skills
- Curiosity and agility
- Commercial mindset
- A passion for Christian Dior and our collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
- Fluency in a second language (preferred)
