Role available for a Global Professional Services Organisation, Implementing SAP S/4 across 50 countries, based out of Asia.
Outside IR 35 Role on a remote basis, with some occasional travel at key phases of the project (not frequent but may require 3 to 4 weeks in Asia at the time of key go-lives – with expenses reimbursed)
The original phase of engagement will be to help to resolve and close backlog of billing related issues and drive to closure this backlog within the context of the SAP Programme, and once the backlog is resolved, this role will transition into project mode full time reporting to the O2C/CD Business Process Owner to support on deliverables, testing, and quality reviews of setup, readiness of customer and customer project data, tax data and system ahead of Wave 2 and Wave 3 (Design and Wave 1 already live).

- Responsible for investigating, troubleshooting and resolving defects / issues in SAP S4 Public Cloud (professional Services) components for Billing related areas.
- Specifically, to focus on Sales (SD), billing, customer invoicing troubleshooting and fixes required in the following areas:
- Design, configuration, and support of end-to-end S4 HANA Public Cloud processes for Order-to-Cash (OTC), including SD pricing procedures & tax determination solution
- O2C Master Data (Sales Products, Customer)
- Customer Projects
- Billing & Invoicing
- Revenue Recognition
- Project System (PS)
- Client Delivery (CD)
- Timesheet functionality & Integration including integration with Finance and P2P.
- Strong involvement in support and service delivery reported issues including data
- Acts as a bridge between business, other supporting functions and IT stakeholders with working experience along with SI partners
- Maintain and follow up very actively and with sense of urgency on all tickets open in Service desk.
- Join the O2C/CD workstream (once backlog of issues has been resolved) to actively support the O2C /CD Business Process Owner in driving the implementation of the SAP Programme Wave 2 and Wave 3. This will include support of certain design aspects and documentation, process definition, review of FSDs, testing of critical processes and quality assurance of the O2C/CD deliverables expected from the Implementation Partner. Support and seek guidance where necessary from the Vistra SAP S4 Solution Architect as required.
