Chef de Partie
At Vivat Bacchus, we celebrate heritage South African flavours through seasonal British produce, combining bold cooking, refined technique, and a deep respect for quality ingredients. Our kitchens are fast-paced, passionate, and rooted in consistency, creativity, and teamwork.
We are now looking for a Floating Chef de Partie to join our team on a full-time basis, working across both of our London Bridge and Farringdon restaurants. This role plays a key part in maintaining standards, supporting smooth service across both sites, and helping us prepare for continued growth and future openings.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality, high-volume kitchen
- Confidence working across different sections and supporting multiple teams
- Strong consistency, organisation, and attention to detail under pressure
- A genuine passion for seasonal cooking and bold flavours
- A flexible, hands-on team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work across both London Bridge and Farringdon restaurants

Salary: Competitive, £20-£21 per hour
