CDS Surveyor Level 2

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
CDS Inspection Surveys:
- Conduct CDS inspection surveys in line with client specifications, ensuring all procedures and guidelines are followed accurately.
- Participate in comprehensive training before carrying out unsupervised surveys.
- Always apply health and safety measures, ensuring method statements, work instructions, and risk assessments are understood and adhered to.
- Promote a culture of working safely or not at all.
Project Delivery:
- Collaborate closely with the management team to understand and meet project deliverables and quality requirements.
- Participate in pre-project programme reviews with the management team to agree on workload outputs and quality levels.
- Ensure that all CDS surveys are delivered in accordance with client deadlines and quality expectations.
- Participate in regular audits (1% of CDS surveys) to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
- Maintain open and honest communication within the team, embracing the ‘Happy People’ culture and the TEAM ethos.
- Engage in structured site interactions and actioned feedback, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration across the team.
- Support colleagues and maintain a positive, cooperative working environment.
Qualifications
To be a successful [Job title], you should be able to demonstrate:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong map orientation skills.
- Ability to operate Apple products (particularly iPads).
- GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C level or above).
