We're supporting a large-scale digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced D365 CE Architect to help shape the future of a complex enterprise technology landscape. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, secure and future-ready solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Working closely with business stakeholders, digital leaders and engineering teams, you'll ensure technology decisions align with long-term business objectives while driving innovation, consistency and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain solution and domain architecture across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical designs and architecture roadmaps.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, technical standards, security and compliance requirements.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development and delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Identify architectural risks, performance challenges and technical gaps, proposing practical solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure technology solutions support strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to enterprise architecture initiatives and wider digital transformation programmes.
  • Champion best practices, reusable design patterns and architectural consistency across solutions.
  • Support technical decision-making while balancing scalability, maintainability, cost and delivery timelines.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Solution Architect or Domain Architect within complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Azure integration services including Logic Apps, Service Bus and Event Grid.
  • Experience designing scalable, secure enterprise solutions and architecture roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and solution architecture best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
  • Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes is highly desirable.
