CE&I Senior Design Engineer - Silos MSSS SEP1&2 (Site Based)

Location: Sellafield - Working 3 days minimum on the MSSS plant
Additional Locations: Warrington (1 day/month)
Working Hours: Full Time | 37 hours over 4.5 days
Security Clearance: SC Clearance Required

We're looking for a CE&I Senior Design Engineer to provide site-based front-line design support to commissioning teams on a key nuclear programme.

  • Site-based design support to commissioning teams
  • Deliver, review and check CE&I designs and modifications
  • Support engineering changes and ensure compliance with standards
  • Ensure designs are fit for purpose
  • (Implementation/testing carried out by other teams)

ESSENTIAL:

  • 5+ years' experience as a CE&I Senior Design Engineer
  • Strong multidiscipline project background
  • Site-based commissioning support experience
  • Knowledge of:
    • PES control systems
    • Process instrumentation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support junior engineers

DESIRABLE

  • 7+ years' experience
  • Sellafield or SL project experience
  • Familiarity with Sellafield standards
