📍 Nottingham to London – Multiple Tesco Stores
💷 Up to £350 per day – CIS
🌙 Night shifts – Sunday to Thursday
📅 Contract work
We are looking for experienced Ceiling Surveyors / Ceiling Fixers to carry out surveys across a number of Tesco retail stores between Nottingham and London.
This is a hands-on role involving opening suspended ceilings, inspecting the ceiling void and existing installation, and recording findings digitally using the Tesco survey app.
The role will involve:
- Opening and removing suspended ceiling tiles
- Inspecting ceiling voids, grids and associated components
- Inspecting suspended and fire-rated ceiling systems
- Identifying defects, damage and areas requiring attention
- Taking measurements and photographs
- Completing survey information accurately on an iPad
- Using access equipment, including scissor lifts where required
- Replacing ceiling tiles correctly after inspection
- Working safely at height and following site H&S procedures

Essential requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Interior Systems
- Valid IPAF
- Experience with suspended ceiling systems
- Experience with fire-rated ceiling tiles/systems
- Comfortable opening ceilings and inspecting above the grid
- Own iPad suitable for completing surveys
- Available for night shifts, Sunday to Thursday
- Able to travel between allocated stores from Nottingham to London
