Job Introduction

Do you want to help inspire more people to support Shelter's fight to end the housing emergency? As our Celebrity and Influencer Executive, you'll play an important role in growing Shelter's profile by building and nurturing relationships with celebrities and influencers who share our values.

About The Role

The Celebrity and Influencer Executive will play a key role in supporting and delivering Shelter’s celebrity and influencer engagement programme, helping to grow brand awareness, reach new audiences, advocacy, and support for our campaigns and fundraising activity.

Role specifics

You'll help deliver Shelter's celebrity and influencer engagement strategy by identifying and building relationships with high-profile supporters who share our values. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll coordinate celebrity and influencer involvement in campaigns, fundraising, events and social media, while managing day-to-day outreach, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring activity is well organised, monitored and evaluated. You'll also contribute ideas to grow our reach and inspire more people to support Shelter's work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
