Elior Stadia – Bringing the Buzz to Matchdays & More

When the crowd roars, the food has to be just as exciting! At Elior Stadia, we serve up epic matchday meals, gourmet hospitality, and fast, fresh stadium snacks - so fans can focus on the action while we handle the flavour.

The role is based at Rangers FC. As part of the cellars and logistics team, you will be responsible for helping in the lead up to matchdays and working within the team on a matchday.

What you’ll be doing…

As a member of the cellars and logistics team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring a sufficient supply of stock in each area, responding to stock requests quickly and efficiently
  • Receiving and checking deliveries
  • Ensure cellars remain clean, tidy, and well presented at all times
  • Operate equipment in accordance with specified instructions, reporting any defective equipment to your line manager
  • Ensure you are working efficiently and productively, adhering to company working practices
  • Accurately recording all stock movement or transfers
  • Monitoring draught dispense and gas cylinders, troubleshooting any problems where possible
  • Ensuring stock is rotated when unloading into storage, or stocking fridges, with any wastage recorded
  • Ensuring stock and cellars are always secure
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
  • Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Experience required:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting
  • Manual handling experience
  • Over the age of 18 due to the nature of the job
  • Good attention to detail and punctuality
