As a Cellar Service Team Member, you will provide exceptional service experience to our customers when contact is made through the contact centre to advise of a challenge or breakdown of their beer dispense equipment. You will support to ensure great people in great pubs serve great beer.

Qualifications
Your role as a Cellar Service Team Member
- Provide technical guidance for beer dispensing equipment faults, empowering customers with self-help solutions.
- Exceed department-defined targets through dedicated efforts whilst creating outstanding service experience for customers.
- Expand your knowledge of beer dispensing equipment and efficiently allocate reactive maintenance tasks for Greene King technicians.
- Build robust inter-departmental and Greene King-wide connections whilst enhancing teamwork.
- Booking important planned maintenance, site upgrades and cellar repairs to ensure all of our pubs are pouring the perfect Greene King beer.
