As a Cellar Service Technician, you will be helping great people in great pubs serve great beer by maintaining and installing the dispensing equipment of brands supplied by Greene King. Interacting with our customers to ensure their service and quality expectations are exceeded whilst demonstrating the Greene King values.
Job Description
Field Based Role - Covering North East area - Sunderland/Newcastle
This is a field based role covering (North East - Sunderland/Newcastle) (company vehicle provided). The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am/8.30am to 4.00pm/4.30pm, with overtime available if desired.
Your role as Cellar Service Technician
- Install brands to dispense and industry standards.
- Provide customer support with dispense issues.
- Work within a given area and beyond to ensure all services and installations are completed within Service Level Agreements set and ensuring targets are maintained.
- Organise and plan own workload within an area liaising with customers and ensuring stock and equipment are in place.
- Responsible for the organisation of all appointments with direct communication with customers and sales teams.
- Manage and maintain stock in vans and at store locations (PUP), ensuring stocktakes are completed, stock/equipment issued correctly to a job and receipted correctly on the system.
- Understand dispense equipment, be able to maintain and fix equipment as required and complete basic building works.

What you’ll bring…
- Previous experience in a service-based technical environment
- Level 2 Technical Certificate in Cellar Service installation and maintenance NCCSIM (preferred, but not essential)
- Proven knowledge of the Technical Services / Drinks Industry
- Customer Service / Field based experience
- Mainframe and PC experience with good analytical skills
- Food Safety and Health & Safety Basic Qualifications
- Hold a clean Driving license
