Clinical Enrolment Manager: Drive Global Clinical Trial Success!
Are you a seasoned clinical research professional with a passion for optimizing patient recruitment and retention? Do you thrive on providing hands-on support and strategic guidance to clinical trial sites? If so, we want you to join our team as a Clinical Enrolment Manager (CEM).
This is a contract role for a minimum of one year, perfect for a freelance professional or someone providing contract services looking for a significant and impactful engagement. Travel within the country is likely required to provide direct, on-site support to our clinical trial sites.
As a CEM, you'll be a dedicated specialist, working 1:1 with sites both virtually and if required on-site to alleviate their recruitment burden and keep studies top of mind. Your expertise will directly lead to increased enrollment activity and expedited clinical trial participant recruitment on a global scale.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of relevant Clinical Research experience
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Word/Google Docs
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection
- Familiarity with Skype (or similar communication platforms)

What You'll Do:
Your primary goal will be to boost patient recruitment for our clients' clinical trials through tailored site optimization services. This includes:
- Hands-on Recruitment & Retention Support: Provide personalized coaching and strategic guidance, adapting your approach to each site's unique needs and location.
- Community Outreach: Conduct in-person visits at sites or in the wider community (healthcare environments, patient-focused locations) to increase trial awareness among HCPs and non-HCPs, disseminate materials, and engage with stakeholders. This involves thorough market area research to prepare for impactful visits.
- Site Optimization Calls: Offer telephone-based coaching to motivate sites, explore new recruitment strategies, address challenges, and gain a deeper understanding of their processes to mitigate barriers.
- Identify & Implement Pathways: Assist sites in identifying patient pathways and distributing materials around their facilities and referral sources, including conducting chart reviews, organizing lunch and learns, and providing pre screening support.
- Maintain Engagement & Momentum: Build strong relationships, keep sites motivated, and ensure ongoing engagement with recruitment efforts.
- Problem Solving & Best Practices: Identify protocol challenges and opportunities, promote the effective use of recruitment and retention tools, improve site communication, and share best practices within our internal team.
- Reporting: Ensure all call and follow-up reports are completed accurately and on time.
