WE’ RE HIRING · 1 ROLE AVAILABLE · CENTRAL LONDON

Centre Manager

Run one of our Central London centres — own the building, lead the team.

What you’ll own

This is a role with real ownership of the building and its commercial life. You run the centre day to day — keep the energy positive, and this is a people-leadership job first, built on a genuine love of working with people. We hire on character and teach the operational craft on top.

  • Run the centre day to day. Standards, clients and team — every space immaculate and on-brand.
  • Lead and develop the team. 1-2-1s, performance management and personal development plans.
  • Own the building. Its 5* hotel standards, its commercial life and its reputation are yours.
  • Hold site revenue & budget. Own and review the full site P&L, understanding every line.
  • Own the centre’s SMART targets. Events, retention and licence-fee, and team standards — from month three.

Who we’re looking for

We hire on character first — skills can be taught, the person you already are cannot. Above all, we want someone who genuinely loves working with people: a natural team-builder who creates a real community wherever they go. Someone who is Positively Responsive — with a smile; Genuinely Thoughtful — with a point of view; and Devoted to Deliver — empowered to act.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Standards-driven. You maintain and continually improve centre standards to hotel standards.
  • Community & relationship builder. Trusted relationships with clients and contractors — and a community people want to belong to.
