About the job At STACK. Office, we're building more than workspaces, we're building communities where businesses can thrive.

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Centre Manager to lead our Glasgow centre on a part-time, job-share basis.

This isn't a traditional office management role. You'll be responsible for growing the centre, driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, planning engaging client events, and helping showcase the STACK. Office brand through social media.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the day-to-day operation of the Glasgow centre
  • Driving occupancy through enquiries, viewings and sales
  • Building strong relationships with members and supporting customer retention
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Planning, organising and hosting regular client events and networking opportunities
  • Helping to create engaging social media content that showcases life at STACK. Office
  • Managing suppliers, contractors and maintaining high operational standards
  • Monitoring centre performance and supporting business growth

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach
  • Commercial awareness with a passion for sales and customer service
  • Confidence creating content for social media
  • A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Previous experience in hospitality, flexible workspace, property, retail or another customer-focused management role is desirable
