Role Description

The Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow, responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of one or more Quintessential Offices locations. This role oversees the client experience from initial enquiry through to ongoing occupancy, ensuring that offices, meeting rooms, and shared spaces are professionally presented and fully functional.

  • Coordinating front-of-house services
  • Managing bookings and office allocations
  • Handling client queries
  • Resolving operational issues promptly

The Center Manager will supervise and support onsite staff and vendors, monitor budgets and occupancy levels, and contribute to sales activities such as tours and client onboarding. This position also involves maintaining health and safety standards, updating records and reports, and collaborating with management to improve processes and implement new service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong centre or office management skills, including operational oversight, facilities coordination, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in customer service and client relationship management, with the ability to handle enquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
  • Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, reporting, and using office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Solid organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in conducting tours, meetings, and client presentations.
  • Background in serviced offices, hospitality, property management, or business support services is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to lead and support onsite teams, foster collaboration, and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of basic health and safety practices and compliance requirements in an office environment.
  • Relevant educational background in business, management, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
