Sales Manager – Corporate Real Estate
Central London
c£50k - £55k + generous bonus & great benefits and expensed client entertainment

We are on the hunt for a dynamic, driven, and commercially astute Sales Manager, ideally experienced in real estate or hospitality sales, to join our client as a Central Sales Manager.
Managing a team of Sales Executives, the Sales Manager will be a strong team leader who is focused on elevating, motivating, and developing their team to succeed. With a positive, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial mindset, you will be a successful relationship-builder at all levels.
Your goal will be to support and guide the sales team to meet targets, build relationships with clients, brokers, and agents, and provide key information to potential clients. You will be someone who is extremely personable, professional, adaptable, and incredibly organized and who wishes to assist in providing a world-class service to clients and prospects.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar business development / sales management role
- Experienced team leader
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to liaise and build relationships at all levels
- Highly organized nature with excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Wants to be part of an industry-leading sales team maintaining 97% occupancy and pushing it further as we grow
- Enjoys building relationships face to face, whether that’s a broker lunch or a boardroom meeting
- Good business acumen and solid negotiation skills
- IT literate
- Target-oriented - driven and focused strategic thinker
- Adaptable and able to work in a flexible, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment

Key responsibilities as the Sales Manager will include:
- Managing a team of Sales Executives
- Supporting targets and ensuring the team’s success
- Building and maintaining the Broker and Agent network
- Driving sales conversions and direct-lead growth and development
- Building and maintaining pipelines and lead flows
- Managing the CRM systems and driving efficiency improvements
- Producing regular reports for management
- Marketing / Event Management
- Comfortable juggling broker relationships, team coaching, and CRM reporting without dropping the ball on any of them.
