About the role

The Guinness Property team is recruiting for a Central Administrator on a full-time, 9-month fixed term contract based in Oldham. We currently offer hybrid working, blending office days with days working from home.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly organised individual with proven customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. You will be handling confidential information with discretion, and using IT systems, including Microsoft Office, to produce reports and analysis. Excellent communication and time management skills will be required for this role.

You will be able to demonstrate these essential skills:

  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Experience of working within agreed performance targets.
  • Experience of working independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures, and accurately record data and information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience of working with IT systems to produce reporting, analysis, and statistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours
