About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Central Business Support Coordinator & Office Executive to become a key part of our Business Support Services team based in our London office.

This is a varied and hands-on role combining office management, facilities coordination and business administration support. Acting as the primary point of contact within our London office, you'll help create a positive workplace experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations and central business support activities.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, supporting a wide range of operational, administrative and workplace requirements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the London office, acting as the first point of contact for workplace, facilities and office-related support.
  • Coordinate office operations, suppliers, maintenance, meetings, events and visitor requirements to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Provide central business support, including administration, travel coordination, purchase orders, invoices, documentation management and shared communications.
  • Support process improvements, maintain records and procedures, and contribute to efficient ways of working across the business.

Working Pattern

  • Monday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Hybrid Working

This role requires a minimum of three days per week in office attendance. The remaining hours may be worked remotely,

What You'll Bring

  • Previous administration, coordination or office support experience advantageous but not essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Desirable

  • Experience raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Experience coordinating events, suppliers or business operations.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Monday.com or similar document management system
