Join our snack-loving team
We're looking for an Administrator to join our Central Engineering team and support the delivery of key business activities and projects across KP Snacks. This role will act as a vital link between Finance, Project Coordination and a range of business functions, helping to keep projects organised, information accurate and stakeholders connected.
About the Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll help keep multiple projects organised, ensuring key information is accurate, up to date and easily accessible. You'll be responsible for maintaining project trackers, preparing reports, supporting meetings, providing general administrative support to the Central Engineering team and helping project teams monitor progress against plans and budgets.
You'll work closely with colleagues across Engineering, Operations, Finance, IT and Project teams, building strong relationships and ensuring everyone has the information they need to make informed decisions.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with data and spreadsheets, and has a keen eye for detail. You do not need an accounting background. We're looking for someone who is confident using Excel, comfortable working with numbers and able to manage information accurately.
What’s in it for you?
We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
