We're looking for a Central Operations Coordinator to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills to a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new.

As our new Central Operations Coordinator, you will receive full training and support to engage with our customers and partners, via phone call and email, to provide solutions and support for appliance repair and care.

What weโ€™re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment.
  • Direct or transferable coordination experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • An empathetic approach to handling customer needs and concerns.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Commitment to teamwork and contributing to a collaborative environment.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

  • Coordinate repair activities, ensuring jobs are scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service partners and repair engineers.
  • Support decision-making on repairs, replacements, and parts sourcing to deliver the best customer outcomes.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, cost, and service levels.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Support onboarding, performance management, and development of service partners.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and recommending process enhancements.
