Job Title: Central Operations Executive

Department: Central Operations

Location: London SE1, (Hybrid - up to 4 days in-office)

About Us

Lean Kitchen Network is a venture builder behind some of the UK's most commercially successful and culturally relevant food brands. We take ideas people obsess over and turn them into brands that perform at scale.

We push flavour, challenge outdated restaurant models, and engineer growth through ruthless operational execution.

We partner with global names like Doritos, Heinz, and PepsiCo, and our brands now operate in 300+ kitchens across the UK and are scaling fast. Behind every launch, every new partner, every menu update, and every operational improvement is a team of people making it happen. That's where our Central Operations Team comes in.

About The Role

The Central Operations Team is the engine room of Lean Kitchen Network.

As a Central Operations Executive, you'll sit at the heart of the business, helping onboard new partners, launch sites, manage operational systems, improve processes, and keep the engine running as we continue to grow.

You'll work closely with teams across Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Food Development, helping turn plans into action and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time.

No two days are the same. One day you may be onboarding a new partner, the next improving a business process, resolving a systems issue, launching a menu update, supporting supply chain activity, or coordinating the opening of a new site.

This is a role for someone who loves organisation, technology, problem-solving, and getting things done. You'll gain exposure to every part of the business while building a career in operations, project management, systems, and business growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
