Central Operations Manager

Victoria | Hybrid – 3 days in the office | £50k-£60k dependent on experience

Our client is looking for an experienced Central Operations Manager to play a key role in keeping their UK & Ireland operation running smoothly and supporting continued growth.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of systems, processes, operational support, projects and people, working closely with franchisees, internal teams and external partners.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and improving core operational systems and processes.
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for operational issues and seeing problems through to resolution.
  • Leading the Member Solutions function and supporting excellent customer service.
  • Coordinating day-to-day IT requirements and external technology providers.
  • Delivering operational projects and supporting the implementation of new systems and initiatives.
  • Using data and insight to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Building strong relationships across the business and ensuring solutions genuinely meet network needs.

What we're looking for

You'll have 5+ years' experience in operations, systems, project management, business improvement or a similar role, along with:

  • Strong operational and project management experience.
  • A natural ability to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Confidence working with systems, technology and external providers.
  • Experience leading and developing people.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
