We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Field Central Planning Administrator to join our TV Licensing Field Operations team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the planning and coordination of a nationwide field operation. Working at the heart of the Central Planning function, you'll help ensure field resources are deployed effectively, operational priorities are delivered, and business performance targets are achieved.
You'll work with a variety of systems, data, and stakeholders, providing vital support that enables field teams to operate efficiently and effectively. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and making a real impact through operational support, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing
- Allocating visit opportunities to Field Visiting Officers and third-party suppliers in line with business rules and agreed timescales.
- Supporting the planning and deployment of field resources to help achieve operational targets.
- Producing accurate and insightful management information and reporting using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Maintaining operational systems, databases, and planning information to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Processing ad hoc visit requests and supporting operational planning activities.
- Working closely with Area Managers and operational teams to support resource planning and field activity.
- Creating and maintaining area coverage profiles and supporting operational risk management activities.
- Running pre-scripted SQL queries and producing reports that support operational decision-making.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including the development of new allocation methods and technologies.
- Ensuring compliance with information security requirements and mandatory training standards.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical, and enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
- Experience working with data, reporting, and business systems.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- The ability to analyse information and produce meaningful management information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A collaborative and flexible approach to team working.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Desirable
- Experience of Power BI reporting.
- Experience of workforce planning, scheduling, resource allocation, or operational administration.
