London EC4A 4AD (Hybrid) - Office in City Thameslink/Blackfriars on days in office, 1 day WFH

The Engine Room of Spacemade’s Commercial Growth
Spacemade is reshaping the flexible workspace industry, partnering with landlords to design and operate hospitality-led environments across the UK. Behind every thriving location is a high-performing commercial system that converts inbound demand into revenue, and our Central Sales team is the engine room that powers it.
We are seeking an experienced, commercially sharp Central Sales Manager to step into a 12-month+ maternity cover. This is not a passive lead-admin role; you are the commercial gatekeeper of our sales function. You will own the inbound customer journey, drive our broker and agency engagement programme, manage our AI-powered sales tech, and deliver the reporting that serves as the single source of truth for our commercial leadership.
Your Focus
- Lead inbound enquiry management → Own and qualify all inbound leads (phone, web, email, brokers) with same-day SLAs and execute seamless handovers to Sales and Community Managers.
- Drive broker & agency engagement → Act as the primary contact for London’s commercial broker network, building relationships through office visits, networking, competitions, and incentive schemes.
- Manage & optimise AI sales tech → Serve as the super-user for Spacemade’s AI enquiry bot, refining prompt logic and conversation flows to maximise direct conversion.
- Master CRM & commercial reporting → Maintain 100% data integrity in HubSpot and produce weekly performance reports on pipeline health, enquiry volumes, and conversion metrics.
- Track market intelligence → Monitor competitor desk rates, occupancy trends, and incentives across the flex workspace sector to support dynamic pricing and commercial decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
