Central Sales Manager

Location: London - office-based, with Head Office in Aldgate
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 base
OTE: £60,000-£65,000
Working pattern: 5 days per week on-site
Reports to: Commercial Director
Team: 2 Sales Administrators

The Opportunity

We are partnering with an established premium workspace business operating multiple locations across London to recruit a Central Sales Manager.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role responsible for overseeing the central sales function, managing a small team and ensuring every enquiry, viewing and opportunity is managed effectively through the sales pipeline.
The business is looking for someone with genuine people-management experience who can build strong relationships with their team while still setting clear expectations, driving performance and holding people accountable.
You do not need experience within serviced offices, flexible workspace or property. Instead, the focus is on finding an experienced sales manager who understands how to get the best from people, improve processes and drive results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, manage and develop a team of two Sales Administrators.
  • Take ownership of the central sales process from initial enquiry through to viewing and conversion.
  • Monitor team performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs and performance standards across the team.
  • Coach, motivate and develop junior salespeople.
  • Manage underperformance confidently and conduct difficult conversations when required.
  • Take ownership of CRM accuracy, pipeline management and sales reporting.
  • Monitor lead-to-viewing and wider conversion metrics across the portfolio.
  • Identify gaps within the sales process and introduce improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers and agents.
  • Produce accurate performance reporting for senior leadership.
  • Work closely with the wider commercial team to ensure sales activity supports broader business goals.
  • Create a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
