The role

The Central Sales Support Executive plays a key role in supporting iQ's agent network and wider sales operation, ensuring agent partners, customers, and internal stakeholders receive a responsive and high-quality service throughout the customer journey. The role is responsible for managing agent queries, supporting sales and post-booking activity, handling customer enquiries across multiple channels, and providing operational support to the Central Sales Team.

By working across agent support, sales administration, customer communications, and lead conversion activities, the role helps maximise booking opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for agent partners, managing sales and post-booking enquiries and providing timely, accurate support to help maximise booking conversions and deliver excellent service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agent partners, supporting their ability to confidently promote and sell iQ accommodation.
  • Support prospective residents through phone, email, WhatsApp, and web enquiry channels, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Manage and respond to enquiries received through the Hello mailbox and iQ website general enquiry forms.
  • Assist with incoming and outbound sales calls to help convert enquiries into bookings and support occupancy objectives.
  • Coordinate with site teams to arrange virtual and in-person viewings and manage LiveTour+ assignments where required.
  • Provide cover and support for China Direct enquiries during periods of absence or annual leave.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring data quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Assist with lead management, enquiry triage and general sales administration activities.
  • Work collaboratively with Central Sales, site teams and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve customer service, communication and operational processes.
  • Assist with mystery shopping programmes and competitor reviews to help ensure iQ delivers a market-leading customer experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a customer service, sales support, sales administration, account management, or sales environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop positive partnerships with agent networks, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively multitask, prioritise workloads, and manage competing demands. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and data quality.
  • Culturally aware with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences.
  • Mandarin language skills desirable/preferred to support international customers, agent partners, and China Direct activity.

Flexible approach to working hours. This role involves shift work with core operating hours Monday to Friday 08:00-20:00 and rotational Saturday working depending on business requirements.
