Central Scotland Salesperson

At Lely Center Ayr, we're helping dairy farmers across Scotland embrace the future through innovative automation solutions. As demand for robotic milking, feeding, and farm management technology continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and cover Central Scotland.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world's leading agricultural technology companies, helping farmers improve efficiency, animal welfare, and quality of life through cutting-edge solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing dairy farming customers.
- Identifying opportunities for robotic milking, feeding, manure handling and farm management solutions.
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to quotation and closing the sale.
- Conducting farm visits and delivering professional presentations of Lely products and solutions.
- Working closely with our service and farm management support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Attending agricultural shows, open days, demonstrations, and industry events.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments within the dairy sector.

We're Looking For You If You
- A passion for agriculture and the dairy industry.
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Full UK driving licence.
