Part-Time Central Services Advisor
At Intersafe we’re hiring a Part-Time Central Services Advisor to join our expanding team based at our office in Southampton. Working Monday to Thursday, 9am–2pm, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role that fits around school hours, family life or other commitments, with additional hours available if wanted. And for those looking to build a longer-term career with us, there are plenty of opportunities to develop and progress within our growing business.
Job Requirements

While this is a sales and business development role, it’s less about hard selling and more about starting conversations, building rapport and creating opportunities. You’ll contact businesses from our existing CRM and prospective clients, arrange site surveys and meetings for our Business Development Managers, manage incoming website leads and provide general sales support.

What You Receive For Joining Us
- Hourly rate of £15.00 per hour
- Core hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 2:00pm (20 hours per week)
- Flexible additional hours available
Responsibilities
- Contact businesses and companies from an existing CRM database to build a pipeline of warm leads, while working towards agreed weekly call and appointment targets
- Arrange site surveys/meetings for our Business Development Managers and introduce the company by emailing information to client contacts
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM database and complete sales support administration tasks
- Manage website leads and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients
Can You Show Experience In Some Of These Areas
- Great communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and confidently engage with prospective clients
- A positive, self-motivated and proactive approach
- Previous sales, business development or customer service experience with excellent attention to detail would be advantageous, but we’ll consider enthusiastic people that don’t have this
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience using a computer database
