We’re Severn Trent Services, a commercial arm of the Severn Trent Group. We provide water and waste services to companies nationwide, including the MoD and The Coal Authority.

Which is why we are looking for a new Central Support Co-ordinator to join our Water Services Contracts business unit.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Our new Central Support Co-ordinator will support key fleet transport administration activities, alongside supporting a large number of initiatives making it broad and interesting.

The central support team manage a range of activities including end to end fuel management, accident management, vehicle management, compliance & finance.

You’ll interact with our key stakeholders, suppliers, and to deliver a 5/5 service. You’ll also include the production of reports and data to monitor and improve performance while having active participation in supporting other administration activities and wider Severn Trent Services teams.

Some of your key accountabilities will be:

  • Supporting with day to day enquiries, raising purchase order numbers and allocation and re-allocation of vehicles whilst updating all key channels for accuracy
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders by hosting meetings to share key information, investigate customer complaints through to resolution and hire vehicles when required as well as managing the supplier relationships.
  • Creating & providing Management Information reporting monthly to key stakeholders and adhoc request.
  • Carrying out tasks to ensure the vehicles remain legally compliant and look for opportunities to continuously improve existing processes to provide a top-class service.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

To be successful in this role you’ll have experience working in a busy administration environment, following processes, working with a high accuracy and working directly with key Stakeholders.

You’ll also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines and have strong IT and numeracy skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)

It would also be beneficial but not essential if you come from a fleet/transport background.
