Central Support Coordinator

Reporting to:

Head of Marketing

Location:

Remote (with occasional travel to company meetings and events)

Salary:

£28,000–£32,000 + Benefits

Purpose of the Role

The Central Support Coordinator is the first point of contact for learners, employers, and prospective customers, acting as the front door to T2.

The role exists to provide a professional, responsive, and consistent support service, ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently, accurately, and with excellent customer service.

Working across Marketing, Operations, Sales, Quality, and Compliance, the role will coordinate inbound enquiries, resolve first-line issues wherever possible, ensure communications are tracked appropriately, and identify opportunities to improve the learner and employer journey.

Alongside the day-to-day operational support, the role will analyse enquiry trends, identify recurring themes, and recommend improvements that reduce unnecessary administration, improve response times, and help colleagues spend more time supporting learners.

Key Responsibilities

Learner & Employer Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for all inbound learner, employer, and general enquiries via telephone, email, and digital communication channels.
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and responsive service, ensuring every interaction positively reflects the T2 brand.
  • Resolve first-line enquiries wherever possible, escalating more complex queries appropriately.
  • Maintain ownership of enquiries through to resolution, ensuring nothing is lost or overlooked.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within business systems.

Business Coordination

  • Coordinate enquiries across Operations, Sales, Quality, and Compliance.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and communication channels.
  • Ensure enquiries are directed quickly to the appropriate teams.
  • Support learner onboarding and general business administration.
  • Assist with operational coordination activities as required.
  • Become a trusted central point of contact across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
